What is an IGBT welding inverter? Why is it better?
IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) is advanced semiconductor technology. Compared to traditional transformer machines, IGBT inverters are 60-70% energy efficient, 70% lighter, offer stable arc with less spatter, and work during voltage fluctuations. All Zen Arc machines use IGBT technology.

Do you provide retrofitting services for old machines?
Yes, we specialize in retrofitting old welding and cutting machines. We can upgrade transformer-based welding machines to IGBT technology, convert manual plasma cutters to CNC controlled systems, and replace obsolete CNC controls. What is the difference between MIG, TIG, and MMA welding?
MMA (Stick) is best for general fabrication and repair using electrodes. MIG uses wire + gas for continuous welding on thin to medium sheets. TIG uses tungsten electrode + filler rod + argon for precision welding on stainless steel and aluminum. Zen Arc offers all three types.
What is your typical delivery time?
Standard products (IGBT inverters, MIG/TIG machines, plasma cutters): 3-7 days. CNC plasma machines: 15-20 days. Fiber laser cutting machines (custom order): 25-35 days. Pan India delivery available.
Do you offer installation and after-sales support?
Yes, for CNC plasma and fiber laser systems we provide free installation, commissioning, and operator training. For standard machines we offer video tutorials and phone support. We also provide annual maintenance contracts (AMC) and lifetime technical support.

Yes, we provide on-site training at your facility (2-3 days) and in-factory training at our Hyderabad facility. Training covers machine operation, safety, parameter setting, basic troubleshooting, and maintenance. Training is included with every new machine purchase.
